Apple’s upcoming iPhone OS 4.0 includes a mobile advertising platform called iAds. And—you guessed it—ads are made with HTML5. That’s right: HTML5! Not Flash. More and more it seems that mobile development is becoming a real catalyst for adoption of HML5.

Powered by HTML5 websockets (with a fallback to Flash for unsupported browsers), Pusher is a real-time web service. Note that while the HTML5 doctype is in place, the site’s markup doesn’t seem to use any HTML5 elements or attributes.
